Privacy Policy and Personal Data Protection

In accordance with Article 24 of the Montenegrin Personal Data Protection Law (“Official Gazette of Montenegro”, No. 079/08, 070/09, 044/12, 022/17), the company D.O.O. “ALTERRA” BUDVA, with registered office at Prva ulica br.8, Budva, Montenegro (PIB: 03018946), acting as the data controller (the Controller), adopts this Privacy Policy and ensures lawful, fair and transparent processing of personal data of users of Tennis Club “WINNER”.
1. Legal basis for data processing
Processing of user personal data is carried out strictly on the basis of Article 10, paragraph 1, items 1 and 2 of the Law (ZZPL), which includes:
• explicit consent given by the person when accepting the terms during registration in @TSWinnerbot;
• processing necessary for the performance of contractual obligations and provision of sports training, tennis coaching and operation of the personal account at tennisschool.me.
2. Scope and categories of processed data
The Controller, following the proportionality principle from Article 4 of the Law, processes only data that is adequate and necessary for the defined purpose: user ID in the club database, full name, contact phone, Telegram Chat ID, assigned-session history (active memberships) and financial balance (debt/advance). Personal data relating to minors is processed only with consent of a parent or legal guardian.
Marketing communications and third parties
You may refuse marketing campaigns and withhold consent for sharing personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.
D.O.O. “ALTERRA” BUDVA (TS WINNER) collects only data necessary to fulfill obligations, informs customers about use of data, and provides an opt-out from marketing lists. Contact: info@tennisschool.me.
