Our Standards and Qualifications

All programs in our school are supervised by licensed professionals with recognized international and national qualifications in tennis, pedagogy and sports psychology.

Official TSCG Coaching License

Tennis Europe / ITF

The work of our school is fully licensed by the Tennis Federation of Montenegro (TSCG), which guarantees compliance with official national sports regulations. Training is conducted in accordance with the programs of the European association Tennis Europe and the International Tennis Federation ITF (International Tennis Federation).

Focus: Official tournament programs, work with young talents and tennis development in Montenegro according to high European standards.

National “C” and “D” Licenses and International Standards

TSS / GPTCA / ATP Certified

The coaching team holds official certificates of the coaching board of the Tennis Federation of Serbia (TSS) for license categories “C” and “D”, as well as certificates of the respected international association GPTCA (Global Professional Tennis Coach Association) with direct support from ATP. This confirms deep knowledge of modern tennis methodology at all levels of play.

• License “D”: Focus on basic tennis, proper technical development of beginners, work with children and methodology of tennis fundamentals.

• License “C” and GPTCA/ATP: Focus on advanced technical and tactical preparation, stroke biomechanics and professional game strategy under the guidance of leading international experts.

Expert Sports Psychology and Pedagogy

MSU Specialized Recognized by MPNKS

A unique advantage of our school is the integration of professional scientific preparation into the training process. Our team includes specialists with five years of academic education in Psychology and Pedagogy (diplomas recognized by the Ministry of Education of Montenegro) and specialized training at the Faculty of Psychology of Lomonosov Moscow State University under the program “Sports Psychology”. All teaching and communication are conducted fluently: the team holds an official B1 certificate from the Faculty of Philology of the University of Montenegro (UCG).

Scientific methodology: Sports psychodiagnostics, motivation and goal setting, self-regulation techniques and crisis management in tournaments, as well as advanced psychological preparation in children’s and youth sports.

Sports and recreation education, tennis coaching and organisation of the training process are carried out on a lawful basis and in full legal capacity under the official, notarised Business and Technical Cooperation Agreement (No. OV 2034/2026) concluded with Tennis Club “Budva-Rivijera” (PIB 11676785). The sports infrastructure at the “Slovenska plaža” location in Budva fully meets all hygiene, technical and safety standards under Article 108 of the Law on Sport of Montenegro.
3. Listing professional qualifications, licences and cooperation agreements serves solely as confirmation of the coaching staff’s professional competence to deliver training and does not constitute a direct or indirect guarantee of specific sporting, competitive or psychological results for school participants. LLC “ALTERRA” BUDVA fully disclaims any legal or financial liability for individual achievements, sporting results or tournament rankings of players, as progress in training depends on each participant’s individual psychophysical characteristics, training regularity and personal effort.
